Is My Car a Clunker?
I own a 1985 Dodge Diplomat whose combined fuel efficiency rating when new was 17 mpg. Under the Cash For Clunkers program, does it qualify as a clunker.

Under the CARS program, your 1985 Dodge Diplomat wuold qualify for up to a $4,500 discount on the purchase of a new car if it has been continuously insured for one year.
