Which country has been recognized as having the best schools?
The US education system at one time was the best on earth. That distinction, I believe is now claimed by some other country. Which country has superceded the US in scholastic excellence?

In a recent test sponsored by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development schools in Finland came out on top. The tests were given to over 250,000 high-school freshmen students around the world. Finland ranked on top in both reading comprehension and science. Hong Kong ranked as the finest in math.
