Zero was invented by Indian mathematicians as far back as the 5th century. The Arabians spread zero to Europe and from there it went worldwide. Before zero, the world used Roman numbers for computations. Zero expanded the realm of mathematics into the limitless wonder that it is today - the world's one true universal language.
